in the past 72 hours, we have filmed over 10 hours of footage for our new music video.  we've been crouching into crawlspaces filled with spiderwebs and sewage for hours on end (check the photo).  we've been breathing air so thick with artificial fog, you can't see your hand right in front your face.  we've been lifting equipment up countless flights of stairs in abandoned buildings.  the bottom line, the new video is going to look amazing.  and, at the next show, we are going to look totally ripped!  if we can walk, that is...

so while we are busy doing all that, we are also looking forward to our busiest month yet, in terms of shows.  check our tour page and come out to hear some brand new material...and see some amazing biceps and abdominals.  if you ask the right band member, i'm quite sure that they will flex for you.

we'll see everybody tomorrow for the beginning of a month full of killer shows!!  for now, i need an aspirin and a nap.
